Can you believe that???? Grrrrrr……
This is definitely in the RANT category.
Because I am using my WMH Cheryl screen name. If you haven’t read the story behind that, click on About on the main menu.
There are only a handful of people that know my real name. I don’t use my real name on the internet for OPSEC (Operational Security) reasons. I have used this screen name for over 17 years.
There are even at least two books on Amazon that mention me by this name in their acknowledgements.
I will put the links to the books below because they are both awesome books and authors that accept input from readers and best of all, their books are on Kindle Unlimited. If you aren’t aware of Kindle Unlimited, please read my post here on why it is the best thing since sliced bread, LOL.
I apologize for the RANT, hopefully I will get this rectified with Facebook, but I am not optimistic. They have millions or billions of users and don’t really care about the little people. The small amount of advertising dollars I have paid them is chump change for a mega company like that.
For those of you who followed the Off Grid Homestead Prepper page I apologize that useful information links may not occur often. I hope Facebook will allow an admin to be assigned who can pass on info for me. I may even do some posts here that pass on links to other great blogs with useful information.
The Post-apocalyptic and Prepper Readers Group I will try to turn over to another reading aholic.
Check out Mike Sheridan’s new Post-apocalyptic and Prepper fiction series “No Direction Home”. He has another great Post-apocalyptic series also. The chicory coffee and mallow mentions in that second book were to humor me, LOL.
Ginger Booth’s “Calm Act” series is very Post-apocalyptic. It was Book 5 where she was nice enough to give me a mention. With my Army background you can imagine how much I enjoyed the Army Basic Training portion of the story. Of course the kick ass female main character was my favorite. I loved every time she kicked a big macho guy’s butt (especially the obnoxious drill sergeant….oh what fantasies I used to have along those lines…LOL). I actually did do that once during a Tae Kwon Do class at Fort Belvoir, but he wasn’t my drill sergeant. Also brings back memories of bar fights at Fort Lewis.
Maybe now that I am not on Facebook I will finally get caught up on my draft posts that were waiting for better graphics. The heck with it. I will never be able to do Pinterest worthy graphics with this tablet.
